If you have an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it.
4. Modifications to Services and Prices
Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
5. Payment Terms
Services are billed on a pre-payment basis. Payment terms, including deposits, cancellations, and refunds, will be outlined in the individual Website Design Brief.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon completion of services and full payment, clients will own the finished website and visual elements. We retain the right to display graphics and other web content elements as examples of our work in our portfolio, subject to client confidentiality.
7. Third Party Services
We may use third party providers for certain services related to web design and development. We are not responsible for the performance of third-party services.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use the services provided by Netacles Digital for any unlawful or prohibited purposes. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
9. Cancellation and Termination
You are free to stop using our services at any time. Netacles Digital reserves the right to terminate access to our services for any account that violates these terms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The services are provided “as is”. We and our suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
