Hey there!

Are you a corps member, recent or unemployed graduate living in Nsukka?

Apply for the Digital Skills Bootcamp 2020 that will take place in Nsukka. This digital skills workshop is a YALI (Young African Leaders Initiative) community service project hosted by Chidinma Nnamani, in partnership with Netacles Digital and Dalyn Media.

Overview:

We are organizing a hands-on digital skills workshop to train 10 young people in Nsukka, to help them understand the digital skills they can use to their advantage, how to acquire these skills and how to secure available opportunities.

The practical approach that we will adopt will ensure that participants develop confidence and are clear on the next steps to finding jobs and opportunities that match their skillset or starting their own digitally-driven businesses.

The training will last for two weeks but will include a six-month follow-up/monitoring period to ensure that beneficiaries stick to their short and medium-term goals which they will identify during the workshop.

Skills that will be covered include:

  • content writing (or blogging),
  • website design,
  • software development,
